Cruiserweight Championship Controversy

As seen on Revolution, Kevin Evans was crowned the new Cruiserweight Champion when he defeated Craig Owens in a Ladder Match for the championship. However, the match did not come without some controversy, as Kevin was not the one who climbed the ladder & retrieved the title. Guerra, a member of The Mexican Mafia, who had interfered in the match & attacked Craig, was the one who climbed the ladder & retrieved the belt, then proceeded to hand the belt to Kevin, who was then declared the new champion. Many people have argued about & disputed the finish, saying Kevin wasn't the one who climbed the ladder to take down the belt. Shane McMahon has announced that since Kevin never pulled down the championship to be crowned the new champion, the title will be vacated, until after the Road to the Throne Pay Per View, where something will be decided regarding the title.
