Power 15 (Week of May 6, 2011)
08/05/2011 09:50The CWW Power 15 is decided by CWW Management & the CWW Academy based on matches, promos, championships & victories. Here is the Power 15 for the week of May 6:
1. Jake Lyndon (Revolution Heavyweight Champion)
Although picking up the victory over Dan Maskell by DQ on Revolution, Jake still sent a strong message to Dan before their encounter at Roulette, announcing that their match will be a TLC Match & putting Dan through the announce table.
2. Hardcore Demon
'The Cobra' had a great week this week, ending Omega's undefeated streak on War & picking up a tag team victory with his brother Thorn over The Perfect Name Society on Acceleration. Demon even sent Brock a powerful message by hitting The Last Ride on Hal Ophamer through the announce table after the match on Acceleration.
3. Mark Jones (CWW Champion)
War's top champion didn't really have an eventful week by not having a match at all, but he did step in to lend a helping hand to Chris James to fend off Jordan Chase & Calvin Hobbs after Chris' match against Calvin.
4. Harry Jones
Harry had a good week, beating Jarrett Calloway & leaving Hunter J laying on Revolution, then going on to defeat Super J on Acceleration.
5. Brock (Cage Champion)
Brock didn't compete this week & couldn't seem to get an edge over Hardcore Demon heading into their match at Roulette.
6. Lara James (Vixen's Champion)
Last week, Amber & Amy left Lara laid out in the middle of the ring. This week, she attacked the sisters in the backstage area. Now at Roulette, she will team with Michelle Adams against the 2 devious sisters & their partner Kelly.
7. Craig Owens (Acceleration Champion & Cruiserweight Champion)
Craig has added another championship to his resume after defeating Diego Garza in a Winner Takes All Match on Revolution to win the Acceleration Championship. Craig later defended the title successfully against Chris James on Acceleration.
8. Hunter J
It was a bad week for Hunter J. On Revolution, he thought he had Harry down with the HJO, but Harry was the one who walked with his head held high & Hunter laid out thanks to an HKO.
9. Top Shelf Talent (Undisputed Tag Team Champions)
CWW's top tag team picked up a non-title victory on War & were challenged for the titles by Chris & Dave Flip. The match was made official for Roulette.
10. Omega
The streak is over. Omega was defeated by Hardcore Demon on War. How will Omega rebound after such a defeat?
11. Dan Maskell
It wasn't a good week for the #1 Contender to the Revolution Heavyweight Championship, after being put through the announce table by his Roulette opponent & title holder, Jake Lyndon.
12. Surge
After he & Matt Xtreme agreed to a Mask vs Career match on Revolution for the Roulette Pay Per View, Surge defeated Brett Carter with the devestating bear hug on Acceleration.
13. Matt Xtreme
Matt is taking a huge gamble at Roulette, putting his career on the line against the man that has beaten him 2 straight times at the last 2 pay per views, Surge. But will it be worht it since Surge's mask is on the line as well in that match?
14. Criss Menace
Criss had his very first match on War & made it a successful War debut by soundly defeating Josh Polson. At the end of the War broadcast, Criss laid out Josh once again & had a 3 way stare down with his 2 oldest brothers, Thorn & Hardcore Demon.
15. Josh Polson
Josh just barely made the list this week. Although he was completely man-handled by Criss Menace on War, he bounced back with a victory in an Extreme Rules Match against his buddy Kevin Evans on Revolution.
